Dwight Woodman
Ny name is Dwight. After 36 years working in Branch County, I need a chance to give back. On my
terms. I am a driver for CAA's Meals on Wheels program, funded by
the Branch County United Way. I
deliver hundreds of meals a year, but the real reward can't be found
in the food I deliver. It is the person to
person, one on one contact that gives me the greatest satisfaction. It is the reassurance a family gets
knowing that once a day, I am checking in with their loved ones, and making sure they are okay.
These are more then just meals- these are my friends. For some, I may be the only face they see
that day, so I want to make it matter- every deliver, every day.
I'm Dwight Woodman. Giving back where it means the most- that's how I LIVE UNITED.
Don Paarlberg
My name is Don. I was a Doctor in Branch County for over 30 years. I treated thousands of patients,
and I understand how costly healthcare has become. Personal health is the key to healthy families,
and to our future. That is why we founded the Presbyterian Free Health
Clinic. in 2002- To provide
health care for the uninsured and underinsured in Branch County. Since 2002, we have served over
3000 patients, and your local doctors, nurses and clinicians have donated the equivalent of over
three quarters of a million dollars in services to ensure that every person in Branch County has
access to health care. United Way funding helps ensure that the clinic stays open, and that why I
support the Branch County United Way.
I am Doctor Donald Paarlberg. Using my talents to change lives in my community- that's how I LIVE UNITED.
